Acceptance
By downloading or using Repaint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
What Repaint does
Repaint re-renders a photo of your room with paint colors applied to the surfaces you choose. The result is a visualization, not a color-matching service. Screen rendering, your camera, and your lighting all affect how a color appears, so confirm your final choice with a physical paint sample before buying paint.
Your photos
Photos you submit are sent to our rendering service to produce your image and are used for that purpose only. See the Privacy Policy for how long they are kept and how they are handled. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use.
Purchases
Renders are sold as one-time purchases through the App Store at the price shown before you buy. Each purchase pays for one render. Apple processes all payments and handles refunds under its own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. If a render fails after you have paid, contact us and we will make it right.
Color accuracy
Color names and swatches in the app are references for visualization. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or matched to any paint manufacturer's product, and a rendered color will not match a mixed can exactly. Always test with a sample pot before committing to a color.
Acceptable use
Do not use Repaint to generate unlawful content, to process photos of people without their consent, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
No warranty
Repaint is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that renders will be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular decision you make about painting your home.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Repaint is limited to the amount you paid for the renders in question.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
