How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Philm subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  • Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
  • Find Philm in the list and tap it
  • Choose Cancel Subscription or change your plan

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstalled Philm or switched devices, your subscription can be restored automatically:

  • Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
  • Open Philm — your subscription should be restored automatically
  • If it does not restore, try tapping Restore Purchases on the subscription screen

Why does my photo have a watermark?

Free users can preview all effects, but exported photos include a watermark. Subscribe to Philm Pro to remove the watermark and save unlimited high-quality photos.

How are my photos processed?

Philm processes your photos using AI to apply cinematic effects. Photos are processed on-device or via secure cloud services and are not stored on our servers after processing is complete. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
