Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Philm mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Philm is an AI-powered photo effects application developed by Mahanti Corp LLC. The App allows users to apply cinematic film effects to their photos using artificial intelligence.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a weekly subscription to unlock premium features including watermark-free exports. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee of $0.99 per week as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings

User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you process through the App. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or to process content that violates the rights of others.

AI-Generated Content

The effects applied by Philm are generated using artificial intelligence. Results may vary and are provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for any given photo.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mahanti Corp LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use the App to process content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahanti Corp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
