How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Marquee subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel:

  • Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  • Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
  • Find Marquee in the list and tap it
  • Choose Cancel Subscription or change your plan

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstalled Marquee or switched devices, your subscription can be restored automatically:

  • Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase
  • Open Marquee — your subscription should be restored automatically
  • If it does not restore, try tapping Restore Purchases on the subscription screen

What events does Marquee show?

Marquee curates cultural events happening across New York City — art exhibitions, gallery openings, theater, live music, film screenings, and more. Events are updated daily so you never miss what's happening.

How do I access weekend events?

Friday and Saturday evening events are available with a Marquee Pro subscription ($0.99/week). Free users can browse all other events throughout the week.

Is event information accurate?

We source event data from public listings and partner venues and update it regularly. However, event details can change — we recommend verifying dates, times, and venue details directly before attending. See our Terms of Service for more details.
