Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Marquee mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Marquee is a cultural events guide application developed by Mahanti Corp LLC. The App helps users discover and explore cultural events, exhibitions, performances, and other happenings in New York City.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscription services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Title: Marquee Pro
• Duration: Monthly or yearly, as selected at time of purchase
• Price: As displayed in the App at the time of purchase
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you create or save within the App, such as saved events or personal notes. You are solely responsible for how you use the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mahanti Corp LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Event data displayed within the App may be sourced from third parties and is subject to their respective terms.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute event data from the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Event information displayed in the App is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event listings. Always verify event details with the venue directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahanti Corp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
