Introduction

Mahanti Corp LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the StaffPlus Analytics mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Your PostHog API Key

StaffPlus Analytics connects to your PostHog project using a personal API key that you provide. This key is stored exclusively in your device's iOS Keychain using Apple's secure credential storage APIs. It is:

• Never transmitted to our servers
• Never logged or stored outside your device
• Sent only directly from your device to PostHog's API (us.i.posthog.com)
• Removed from your device when you delete the app

Your PostHog data (events, customer profiles, analytics) is fetched directly from PostHog's servers to your device. We never see, store, or process this data.

Information We Collect

StaffPlus Analytics collects minimal information to improve the app experience:

• Anonymous usage events (e.g. which tabs are used, API response times) via PostHog's SDK
• Device type and OS version for compatibility purposes
• App version and build number
• Crash reports (if applicable)

None of this data includes your PostHog API key, project data, or any personally identifiable information.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Understand how the app is used to prioritize improvements
• Diagnose performance issues and API latency
• Improve stability and reliability

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law. Anonymous usage analytics are processed by PostHog (posthog.com) under their privacy policy.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. Your API key is protected by iOS Keychain with kSecAttrAccessibleWhenUnlockedThisDeviceOnly — it cannot be read when your device is locked and cannot be restored to another device from a backup.

Your Rights

You can delete all locally stored data (including your API key and project list) by deleting the app. You can opt out of anonymous usage analytics by tapping the Analytics tab six times quickly in the app.

Children's Privacy

StaffPlus Analytics is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
