Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Soundbooth mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Soundbooth is a social music tracking application developed by Mahanti Corp LLC. The App lets you see what friends are listening to in real time, react to their music with emoji, and discover new music through weekly rankings. Soundbooth integrates with Spotify and Apple Music.

User Accounts

To use Soundbooth, you connect your Spotify or Apple Music account. By connecting your account, you authorize us to access your listening activity for the purpose of sharing it with your friends within the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts.

User Content

You are responsible for the content you share through the App, including emoji reactions and any other interactions. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mahanti Corp LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Music content displayed in the App belongs to the respective rights holders.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App's technology
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users

Third-Party Services

Soundbooth integrates with Spotify and Apple Music. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahanti Corp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mahanti Corp LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
