Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RSVP Bible mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

RSVP Bible is a speed reading application developed by Mahanti Corporation LLC. The App uses RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) technology to present Bible text verse by verse, helping users read and absorb scripture at adjustable speeds. The App includes 26 Bible translations across 20 languages.

Subscriptions

The App may offer subscription services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Comply with all applicable terms and conditions

All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your Apple ID settings.

Intellectual Property

The Bible translations included in the App are in the public domain. The App itself, including its original design, features, RSVP technology implementation, and functionality, is owned by Mahanti Corporation LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App's technology

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahanti Corporation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mahanti Corporation LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
