Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the IconForge mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

IconForge is an AI-powered app icon generation tool developed by Mahanti Corp LLC. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate app icon designs based on text descriptions and style selections provided by the user.

In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases for icon generation. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Comply with all applicable terms and conditions

Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies.

Generated Content & Ownership

Icons generated through the App are created using AI technology. You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated icons for any lawful purpose, including commercial use in your own applications. We do not claim ownership of the icons generated for you.

User Content

You are solely responsible for the text descriptions you input into the App. You agree not to submit descriptions that are unlawful, offensive, or that violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse generation requests that violate our content policies.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mahanti Corp LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Generate icons that infringe on trademarks or copyrights of others
• Use the App to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

AI-Generated Results Disclaimer

Icons are generated by artificial intelligence and results may vary. We do not guarantee that generated icons will meet specific design requirements, be free from visual artifacts, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Generated icons may occasionally resemble existing designs; it is your responsibility to verify that icons do not infringe on third-party rights before use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahanti Corp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mahanti Corp LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
