Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Airmail mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Airmail is an AI-powered penpal application developed by Mahanti Corp LLC. The App matches users with AI penpals who have their own personality, location, and timezone. Penpals send text messages and photos, simulating real friendships from around the world.

AI-Generated Content

All penpal characters, messages, and photos are generated by artificial intelligence. Penpals are fictional characters and do not represent real people. Any resemblance to real individuals is coincidental. You should not rely on information provided by penpals as factual advice.

User Accounts and Subscriptions

The App offers weekly and monthly auto-renewable subscription plans through the App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings

No Refundable Subscriptions: All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees except as required by applicable law.

User Content

You are solely responsible for the messages you send within the App. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to harass or threaten, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mahanti Corp LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer AI models used by the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahanti Corp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mahanti Corp LLC operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
